Misti Vine

Mysti Vine burst onto the burlesque scene in 2001 in Vancouver, BC Canada and has never looked back. She moved to the UK in 2005 where she's managed to embody the true spirit of burlesque utilizing her background filled with dance, theatre and comedy (a LOT of comedy).

In an article by Simone Baird, Ms. Vine reveals her origins where:

...started her performing life as a stand-up and teen telly star in '21 Jump Street' before friends convinced her to take up the feathered boa and give burlesque a go. [S]he keeps a day job at an engineering firm...

.

She likens herself to a bridge mix of Josephine Baker and Lucille Ball (chocolate and nuts). From a bucktoothed cleaning woman to an elegantly dressed lady, Mysti has the characters, costumes and comedic timing to keep you entertained…and even begging for more!

It's never the same show twice owing to Mysti's versatile improvisation skills. As if that's not enough, Mysti is an accomplished stand-up comedian and can also double as a compére

Chocolat

Chocolat (a.k.a Miss Cocoa Mae) is from London, England and  has been dazzling audiences since 2004 - a showgirl in every sense of the word; overjoyed to have been endowed with the best shimmy and shake around ! She is easily recognised by her spectacular burlesque props; including giant ostrich feather fans, a giant oyster shell and a 6 foot diaphanous bubble!

In her stage shows she evokes the glamour and wit of old-time vaudeville with dazzling outfits and expert timing. Most notable is her ostrich feather fan dance which has become her specialty.

Chocolat has performed with prestigious burlesque clubs such as the Flash Monkey, the Whoopee club, Ladyluck club and even did a turn at the annual Skintwo Rubberball
